The room had central heating, a flat-screen TV, a microwave, and an exceptionally comfortable bed, and the bathroom was well-equipped with a tub; the check-in process was efficient and the staff were terrific.

It had a great and unbeatable location - 4-6 minutes walking distance from Brandenburg Gallery.

We were in Ely for 1 day, had fairly nice stay, the hotel was tidy with marvellous and unbeatable location right in the center of town. Our room was spotless and large and had a refrigerator, coffee/tea making machines and a dining area. The bed was very comfy & the staff was helpful. Location: the venue was near snow-covered alley, many shops, and Britton's cafe.

The breakfast restaurant here was great, and we enjoyed some fantastic dishes.

The location was amazing with convenient free parking, and there were also a bakery and stores nearby for added convenience, along with a fantastic restaurant for breakfast.

The beds were big and the room was decent sized and relaxing. The breakfast had a huge variety of milk, toast, and cereal. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect - just 5 minutes' walk from Dorothy Molter Museum. And the area was very nice, next to Britton's cafe, and many shops. We truly enjoyed the stay here.

Room had everything we needed - AC, a big TV, and a microwave. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was all ours. 😊

The room was clean with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Kitchen had a great table for games with tea and coffee available. Elegant wrap around porch with plenty of seating. Convenient location near beautiful trails. Breakfast included at a local coffee shop.

The breakfast at the coffee shop was good. The air conditioning and bed were comfortable. The key number door entry and room were a novel approach. The parking and location were adequate. The common area was clean and comfortable with an accessible kitchen.

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The wifi was reliable, which was a major plus. Despite the cold weather, the staff went above and beyond to bring us a space heater to help keep our room warm. The cleanliness of the facility was impressive. I appreciated the stocked kitchen items, as it made it convenient for us to prepare our own meals. The bed was comfortable, and the overall accommodations felt cozy and welcoming. The main floor shared area was a nice touch, and we enjoyed playing a game of cribbage. Despite some small inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
